The wood paneled room is filled with shelves of books, plants and artifacts.  It can be used for special luncheons for up to 35 people during the weekdays and is available on Sundays for birthdays, wedding, bridal, and anniversary parties durng our regular working hours. It is also available for small private dinners after hours.

With the addition of our beautiful Pavilion and mature ferns, palms and trees, you will love dining outside during the warm summer and mild winter days.  We provide heaters during the winter to warm the area.  Besides normal hours, private dinners can be held, weather permitting, for up to 120 people.

Designed with a Tuscany look and colors, this wonderful room can be used for buffets as well as sit down meals.  Private clubs and groups enjoy this room for their meetings and it can be used as an indoor addition to the wedding and anniversary affairs when events are booked for the patio, increasing the capacity to 150 guests.  A projection screen and podium are available upon request.

Next to the Library is a private room for mini meetings up to 16 people.  It can be entered through the Library or a separate entrance.  This is a sit-down service only.

As women took the the American highways in the 20's they found little available fare on the way.  Most 'roadhouses' featured heavy foods and decor to match. No proper lady would enter one.  Tea Rooms sprang up to fill the needs of the traveling ladies.  Adorned with lace curtains, tablecloths and a much lighter fare (tea, cucumber sandwiches and cookies), they were a welcome refuge for the 'modern' lady.

The Plug Nickel Tea Room harkens back to that era with a hint of lace and teapots adorning the walls. The Tea Room provides a perfect luncheon spot where conversation is as interesting as the surroundings.

This is the room you see as you enter the front door.  It is a warm and inviting room filled with teapots, plants, a small fireplace and lace curtains.  Very charming and cozy.
